Medical Technology Learning Credits cum legal aid application process award announcement

Dear students:
Medical Technology Award cum legal aid application process credits start to learn Hello!
To encourage students to attend hospital cum medical technology law school credits drive train both medical and legal professionals in the field, it is set to help this award.
1. Application period: from now until the present (104) on November 16 (a) 17:00 stop (originally scheduled extended to 11/16 10/30).
2. Eligibility:
Bachelor school students in the class, one of those who meet the following conditions may apply for award aid, will depend on when the annual award funds to help adjust the quota and merit:
(1) The learning process applications to attend the course three or more and semester grade of 80 points or more, per prize of NT $ 2000 yuan to help a whole, in order to award aid only once.
(2) in the previous semester to Taipei Medical University attend this school semester with passing grades who drive course, help prize of NT $ 1000 yuan per person whole.
3. Application procedure:
(1) Interested applicants, please apply before the deadline, enclosed with this application (including the front and back photocopy of student ID) and students over the years transcript (original) to the Department of Law Office.
(2) If the table does not match the pieces missing deemed qualified, without notice to fill member; whether admitted or not, are not back pieces.
